Take on an empty stomach if possible. Avoid taking with milk, tea, coffee, or antacids. Leave at least 2 to 3 hours between this product and levothyroxine, quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics, bisphosphonates, or penicillamine. Not for children under 12 years. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, this dose is acceptable, but check if you also take other iron products.
