Seek urgent advice if you develop severe chest pain, shortness of breath, sudden weakness, vision changes or allergic symptoms. Do not use if you have ischaemic heart disease, previous stroke or TIA, peripheral vascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension or severe liver disease. Do not take within 24 hours of ergotamine or another triptan, or within 2 weeks of an MAOI. Use with SSRIs or SNRIs can, rarely, cause serotonin syndrome, speak to a clinician if you take antidepressants. Not for children.
