Do not use if you are allergic to promethazine or other phenothiazines. Speak to a pharmacist before use if you have asthma, bronchitis, epilepsy, glaucoma, enlarged prostate, heart, liver or kidney problems, or if you take MAOIs or medicines with anticholinergic effects such as tricyclic antidepressants.
