Welcome to HSZ Pharma Limited T/A Chemist2home. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and comply with UK Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) guidelines.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our site.
  • By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • Prescription medicines (POM) will only be supplied upon receipt of a valid prescription from a UK-registered prescriber.

3. Our Services

  • We sell General Sales List (GSL), Pharmacy (P), and Prescription Only Medicines (POM) where legally permitted.
  • Orders for P and POM medicines are subject to approval by our pharmacist.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if it does not comply with professional or legal obligations.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

 

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the UK only.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Medicines will be dispatched only after pharmacist approval (where required).
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, unless faulty, damaged, or supplied in error (in line with MHRA guidance).
  • Non-medicinal items (e.g., skincare, supplements, medical devices) may be returned within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided they are unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

7. Medical Information & Advice

  • Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and should not replace professional medical advice.
  • Always consult your GP or healthcare provider before starting a new medicine or supplement.
  • By purchasing from us, you confirm you will follow usage instructions provided by your prescriber or pharmacist.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • You must use our products safely and as directed.
  • You must not misuse prescription services (e.g., falsifying information or prescriptions).
  • We may suspend your account or refuse service if misuse is suspected.

9. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow medical advice, or inaccurate information provided by you.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of providing our services.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
