How to use
- Start by ensuring proper hand hygiene.
- Remove a liner from its packaging.
- Peel off the backing from the liner to expose the adhesive side.
- Position the liner onto the underwear with the adhesive side down, making sure the liner is centered in the underwear.
- Adjust the liner as needed for your comfort and fit.
- After use, remove the liner by peeling it off from the underwear. Dispose of it properly in a waste bin. Do not flush the liner down the toilet.

- Cellulose and super-absorbent polymer (SAP) absorbent core
- Polyethylene film back sheet (leakproof barrier)

- Release paper (removed before use)

For external use only. Change liners regularly (every 3–4 hours is a useful guide). Discontinue use if skin irritation develops. Not suitable for postpartum heavy bleeding — use maternity pads instead.
