How to use
- Wet the toothbrush and then apply a pea-sized amount of Arm & Hammer Toothbrush Charcoal White 75ml toothpaste on it.
- Insert the toothbrush in your mouth and brush your teeth using circular motions, making sure to reach all corners of your mouth. Clean both the inner, outer surfaces and chewing surfaces of all teeth.
- Do this for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make sure you brush your tongue as well to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
- Rinse your mouth with water thoroughly.
- Spit out any excess toothpaste, do not swallow.
- Use the toothpaste twice a day or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
