How to use
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
- Pour 20ml of the Colgate Max White One Mouth Rinse into the cap up to the marked line.
- Empty the liquid from the cap into your mouth.
- Swish the mouth rinse throughout your mouth for about 60 seconds. Make sure it reaches all parts of your teeth and gums. Do not swallow.
- After swishing, spit out the mouth rinse.
- Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using to ensure effectiveness.
- Use twice daily for optimal results.
