Day Nurse Non Drowsy Tablets relieve blocked nose, sinus pain, headache, sore throat and fever.
How to use

Adults and children 16 years and over, take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 7 days. Swallow with water. Do not take with other paracetamol or other decongestant products.

Active per tablet, paracetamol 500 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg. Also classed as essentially sodium free, less than 23 mg sodium per tablet. See leaflet for the full list of excipients.

Side Effects & Cautions

Common side effects, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, fast heartbeat. Do not drive if dizzy. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney problems, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, diabetes, enlarged prostate or phaeochromocytoma, or if you took an MAOI in the last 14 days. Talk to a pharmacist before use if you take warfarin, metoclopramide, domperidone, colestyramine, blood pressure medicines or tricyclic antidepressants. Stop and seek help at once if you get allergic reactions, severe skin rash, breathing problems, bleeding or yellowing of the skin or eyes, or sudden loss of vision. Pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask your doctor first.
