How to use
- Rinse with 20 ml (or around 4 teaspoons) of Oral B Complete Mouthwash Arctic Mint uninterrupted for 30 seconds.
- Do not dilute the mouthwash with water.
- Do not swallow afterwards; instead, spit out the solution.
- Do not eat or drink immediately after using the mouthwash.
- Use twice daily, morning and night, for optimal results.
