How to use
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Oral B Gum & Enamel Extra Fresh toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against gums.
- Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion to clean the outer surfaces of your upper and lower teeth.
- Do the same for the inner surfaces of your teeth.
- Brush the chewing surfaces in a back and forth motion.
- Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day or as recommended by your dentist. For optimal results, replace toothbrush every 3 months.

Oral-B Gum & Enamel Repair Extra Fresh is a fluoride toothpaste. It contains stannous fluoride (1100 ppm F) plus sodium fluoride (350 ppm F), delivering 1450 ppm total fluoride. Full INCI list:

Contains sodium fluoride and stannous fluoride totalling 1450 ppm F. Adults and children aged 6+: brush twice daily. Children under 6: supervise brushing; use a pea-sized amount to minimise swallowing. Do not swallow.
