How to use
- Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
- Brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and night), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor.
- Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
- Spit out after brushing.
- For best results, do not eat, drink, or rinse mouth for 30 minutes after brushing.
- For sensitivity relief, continue to use as directed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
